YOVR.NG Marketplace Terms
These draft marketplace terms explain the basis on which shoppers and independent retailers may use YOVR.NG. They will require formal Nigerian legal review before commercial launch.
1. The marketplace
YOVR provides an online marketplace through which independent retailers can list and sell fashion products. Unless a listing states otherwise, the retailer is the seller of the product and is responsible for its description, quality, authenticity and fulfilment.
2. Orders and payment
An order is placed when checkout is completed and payment is authorised. YOVR may hold or facilitate payment as part of its buyer protection process. Orders may be cancelled where payment fails, fraud is suspected or an item is unavailable.
3. Seller responsibilities
Sellers must provide accurate listings, hold adequate stock, comply with applicable consumer and product laws, dispatch orders promptly and avoid counterfeit or prohibited goods.
4. Returns and refunds
Eligible returns must be requested within the period shown on the product or order page. Certain personalised, hygiene-sensitive or final-sale items may be excluded where lawful.
5. Platform fees
YOVR may deduct the applicable platform fee and other agreed charges from seller proceeds before payout.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the marketplace, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, circumvent platform fees or attempt fraudulent transactions.
