How does YOVR Protect work?+
Eligible payments are protected while the seller prepares and dispatches your order. If an item does not arrive or is materially different from its listing, contact support within the return window.
How long does delivery take?+
Delivery times depend on the seller and destination. Most domestic orders are delivered within 2 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Can I return an item?+
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and returned with their original packaging and tags.
How do seller fees work?+
Starter stores have no setup or monthly fee. YOVR deducts an 8% platform fee from successfully completed orders.
When do sellers get paid?+
Seller balances become available after delivery is confirmed and the applicable buyer protection period has passed.
